I just love crocheting. A sentence I never thought that I would write. I am not a very artsy person. When I look at a blank piece of paper, I see a blank piece of paper. My oldest daughter is so creative she could craft all day if she was allowed to. But I do love to see how a ball of yarn can turn into a beautiful gift for a friend. I can’t create my beautiful pieces from scratch I always use a pattern, but it is fun to experiment with colours and textures. Here is a cute hat I made for my oldest daughter who loves cats.
Since my health has gone downhill over the past couple of years even when I feel bad and my legs are deciding not to work I still have my arms and I still feel like I am accomplishing something even though my legs and hips need a break.
I made a lot of items before Christmas maybe I will keep posting my crochet creations in future posts.
